Project Manager (Alexandria, VA - Old Town Office)

Work with many of the nation’s leading associations, driving the implementations of our advanced Web-based products:

CMSPlus™ Web Site Management System
EducationDirector™ Learning Management System

You’ll manage mission-critical implementations from inception to launch, including:

Building consultative relationships with our clients and engaging them in Web site strategic planning
Generating proposals, Statements of Work, and Level of Effort documents to support business development efforts
Working closely with clients to determine project specifications and identify opportunities to advance client strategic goals
Leading internal design, usability, and development teams to achieve and exceed client expectations
Collaborating with product architects and developers to continually enhance our industry offerings
Bringing creative problem solving and critical-thinking skills to client business needs and opportunities
Exceeding client expectations

An ideal candidate will have several, or all, of the following:

Practical knowledge of Internet / Web technologies and how they can be leveraged to meet business needs
Ability to help clients understand Results Direct's Internet technologies and how they can benefit
Project Management expertise

Application Developer (Tucson, AZ Office)

Results Direct is seeking developers with 3+ years experience in Web/Internet application development.

An ideal candidate will have several, or all, of the following:

A desire to work in a team environment and write real code to solve real business challenges is a must, along with a passion for quality
Strong documentation and communications skills
Experience in the design, development and maintenance of software products preferred
Change management and test planning experience a plus

Applicant must have hands-on experience building applications end-to-end with Cold Fusion and SQL databases (including T-SQL), XML, and .Net.
